Job summary

Lineage in New Jersey is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to meet service, quality, safety, and productivity goals. The role partners with Operations leadership to drive performance and maintain operational excellence while fostering a positive team environment.

The position requires 2+ years of warehouse or logistics leadership, WMS experience, strong conflict management, and the ability to work in varied temperatures with PPE.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Strong conflict management skills
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20°F to 100°F while wearing PPE
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments and organization of merchandise; maintain inventory
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources to complete tasks on time
• Track and report to plant personnel
• Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing
• Operate machinery and material handling equipment
• Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication
• Perform assigned projects as instructed
