Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead in the Georgia/GXO warehouse to oversee a team and ensure smooth operations. You will direct daily tasks, train staff, and optimize inventory accuracy while maintaining compliance with safety policies.

Qualified applicants will have 2+ years in a warehouse setting, 1+ year SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with flexibility for overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain accurate inventory and ensure on-time order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team, providing development opportunities and performance coaching as needed.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain proper work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
