Monogram Foods in Plover, WI is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to coordinate the delivery of finished goods and raw materials, supervise staff, and ensure accurate records in the MAS, WMS, and ERP systems. Position Summary: Coordinate the delivery of finished goods to customers or cold storage facilities. Coordinate picking up raw materials, packaging and supplies from vendors/outside warehouse/3PW. The employee will coordinate the activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, storage, and movement of finished and raw products. Coordinate the delivery of all required materials to the production line(s).
Ability to lead, understand and communicate effectively to direct staff and other departments. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide; round decimals to the nearest whole number; measure and input numbers to calculate correct formulas. Previous Forklift experience. Employee must be able to become forklift and pallet jack certified.
The employee is regularly required to be on their feet (60%) and sit, including operating forklift (40%). The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts and places of height. A large cooler and freezer are located onsite and are required to be entered throughout the shift. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Position requires the need to be on your feet for up to 8 hours/day.
