Job summary

Monogram Appetizers is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor to coordinate delivery of finished goods to customers and cold storage, manage raw material pickups, and supervise staff to ensure accuracy and GMP compliance. Proficiency with WMS/MAS and Excel is required.

Forklift certification is preferred, with emphasis on audit readiness and timely cycle counts. The role involves standing most of the shift, operating forklift and pallet jack as needed, and collaborating with multiple

Position Summary: Coordinate the delivery of finished goods to customers or cold storage facilities. Coordinate picking up raw materials, packaging and supplies from vendors/outside warehouse/3PW. The employee will coordinate the activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, storage, and movement of finished and raw products. Coordinate the delivery of all required materials to the production line(s).Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAbility to manage direct staff effectivelyAbility to communicate with multiple departments in a positive and productive mannerAbility to prioritize, coordinate and complete multiple tasks throughout the shift and at the same timeKnowledge of MAS system, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word softwareStudies shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedulesProcessing, filing, recordkeeping, and distribution of paperwork related to shipments of finished goods to cold storage facilities and customersInputting and updating data in the WMS and operating systemCoordinate the delivery of finished goods to customers or cold storage facilities using outside resourcesCoordinate the delivery of raw materials, packaging, supplies, and equipment using outsides resourcesMaintain solid inventory, shipping and receiving procedures – including monthly cycle count requirementsVisually inspect pallet racking for damage or imperfections as requiredAccurately complete all required paperworkDirects, trains and monitors staff on all related/required SOP’s and warehousing procedures.Ensures staff maintains compliance with all GMPs, daily cleaning duties and ensures the warehouse always remains “audit ready”.Education, prior work experience and specialized skills and knowledge:Ability to lead, understand and communicate effectively to direct staff and other departments. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide; round decimals to the nearest whole number; measure and input numbers to calculate correct formulas. Previous Forklift experience. Employees must be able to become forklift and pallet jack certified.Physical environment/work conditions:The employee is regularly required to be on their feet (60%) and sit, including operating forklift (40%). The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts and places of height. A large cooler and freezer are located onsite and are required to be entered throughout the shift. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
