Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Wilmington, IL is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead warehouse associates on the 3pm–11:30pm shift. You will plan, assign, and direct work to meet service, quality, safety, and productivity standards, collaborating with Operations Leadership.

This role requires 3+ years in warehouse/logistics, ability to lift 40 lbs, and willingness to work weekends and varied noise levels. We offer a stable environment with comprehensive medical, dental, 401k, PTO, and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment inspections and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report quantity differences and quality issues.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed.

Shift - 3pm - 11:30pm ( Monday to Friday )Partner with Operations Leadership to make sure all functions of the warehouse are completed.
