Job description

Role Overview

You will play a key role in directing associates to ensure procedures are completed within the client's Service Level Agreement (SLA). The warehouse lead performs general operations and supports management by acting as the first line of support for associates.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor employee performance to provide feedback to management and staff.
2. Oversee training and cross-training of team members on warehouse duties, ensuring policy adherence.
3. Lead and delegate order fulfillment tasks within SLA.
4. Manage inbound shipments and returns processing daily.
5. Ensure inbound ASNs are scanned into the system promptly upon entry.
6. Maintain SLA compliance daily and inform the Client Relations team if SLA is at risk.
7. Verify and scan ASNs throughout the day.
8. Ensure electronic devices are charged and properly stored.
9. Communicate regularly with the Warehouse Manager and Floor Supervisor.
10. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
11. Lead clerical and documentation duties as required.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
13. Exercise independent judgment to determine the best approach to achieve outcomes.

Key Qualifications

1. 2+ years warehousing experience; lead experience preferred.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Basic mathematical skills.
4. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
5. Experience leading personnel effectively and efficiently.
6. Adaptability to changing priorities.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

9. Knowledge of Windows or MacOS software.
10. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
11. Strong work ethic, integrity, energy, and motivation.
