The Warehouse Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse by overseeing daily activities and supporting the logistics team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety policies, managing workflow, and maintaining optimal inventory management practices. You’ll influence and motivate team members, conduct audits, and facilitate effective communication across shifts.

+ Assist the Supervisor in managing workflow during shifts to ensure efficiency and productivity.

+ Conduct process audits to verify standard work conformance and identify areas for improvement.

+ Facilitate shift handover (SHO) routines to ensure seamless transition and communication between shifts.

+ Participate in near miss investigations and root cause analysis to enhance safety and operational practices.

+ Maintain optimal warehouse organization by overseeing finished goods placement and maximizing space utilization.

+ Conduct spot checks of stock inventory to verify record accuracy and ensure proper storage conditions and practices.

+ Execute system performance queries to identify and resolve issues related to productivity and inventory accuracy.

**Requirements**

+ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

+ 1+ years of material handling, shipping and receiving or related functions within a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $35.65. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
