Job description

We are a continuously growing 3PL warehouse provider with a dedicated staff seeking professional leaders to support our goal of fulfilling orders quickly and accurately. You will play a key role in directing associates to ensure procedures are completed within the client's Service Level Agreement (SLA). The warehouse lead manages general warehouse operations and supports management by acting as the first line of support for associates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to management and staff.
• Oversee training and cross-training of team members on warehouse duties, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Lead and delegate order fulfillment tasks within SLA.
• Manage inbound shipments and returns daily.
• Ensure inbound ASNs are scanned into the system promptly upon entry.
• Meet daily SLA targets and inform the Client Relations team if SLA is at risk.
• Verify and scan ASNs throughout the day.
• Maintain electronic devices, ensuring they are charged and properly stored.
• Communicate regularly with the Warehouse Manager and Floor Supervisor.
• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and organized.
• Lead clerical and documentation duties as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Exercise independent judgment to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Qualifications

• At least 2 years of warehousing experience; lead experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience leading personnel effectively.
• Adaptability to changing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows or MacOS and MS Office Suite.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and motivation.
