Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking motivated individuals for warehouse associate roles in Tulsa. You will participate in pre-shift routines, assist with receiving and loading operations, and help maintain efficient workflow.

The job involves moving pallets and goods, using forklifts or pallet jacks, and working with teams to meet customer expectations. You will be coached and trained, with opportunities to advance into management paths, while experiencing a high‑performance culture that values

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs.
• Fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to learn receiving/unloading and loading operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-shift meetings and stretching.
• Assist in receiving/unloading or loading operations.
• Move pallets and cases using forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
• Maintain safety and accuracy under supervision.
• Coordinate with leadership and training teams.

This is the next step in an associate's path to management You will learn al all aspects of receiving /unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
