Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a hands-on warehouse associate in Saint Charles, MO. You will work on receiving/unloading operations, safety practices, and directly interact with customer staff.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse work.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred; training offered.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift meetings and stretching exercises.
• Perform safety observations and coaching.
• Assist with receiving/unloading or loading operations.
• Move pallets and cases using forklift or pallet jack.
• Coordinate with leadership and customer staff as needed.

$25.00hr/paid weekly

Monday-Friday | 4:30am-Finish | Overtime as needed

The Opportunity

• Plus all the yard marshalling duties
• This is the next step in an associate's path to management
• Learn al all aspects of receiving/unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
• Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
