Job Summary:

Shambaugh is looking for a Warehouse Lead, responsible for coordinating construction materials, equipment, and warehouse personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Order, stage, and coordinate material, tool, and equipment requests from sales / office personnel and field personnel.
• Coordinate & assist with loading and deliveries to project sites
• Schedule, deploy, and follow up on material orders, directing driving and handling personnel.
• Maintain inventory of the shop, tracking and initiating the need for repair on vehicles, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain the reports and documentation needed for an organized shop (SDS, Safety Book, FE, FWOs, FED papers)
• Professionally communicate and meet with field staff, office staff, and vendors regularly.
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications

• Accountable Work Ethic.
• Experience with Outlook/Excel/Word/PDF.
• Basic computer knowledge and organizational skills.
• Drivers License with good driving record.
• Regional travel required. Vehicle will be provided.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
