Position provides oversight to the daily organization of the warehouse site operations, including functions such as receiving, shipping, production staging, bulk receiving, warehouse sanitation, cycle counting, inventory control, and off-site warehouse responsibilities. It involves managing activities across a shift, tracking efficiency, aligning break and run times, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and current good manufacturing practices.

Essential Functions and Job Duties:

• Supports Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve warehouse operations.
• Oversees daily warehouse organization, aligning break and run times, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Troubleshoots issues and collaborates with subject matter experts for quick resolution.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs and cGMP, provides training, and directs employees to resolve issues.
• Participates in AQLs, supports notifications, and collaborates with other departments. Performs safety and quality audits as needed.
• Seeks and implements process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and reduce costs. Supports other leaders and performs related duties as assigned.

Minimal Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of forklift operation experience.
• Strong mathematical, technical, and reading comprehension skills; ability to understand instructions in English or applicable language, including procedures and data proofreading.
• Knowledge of warehouse technology tools, including computer literacy, automated record systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, decision-making skills, and ability to motivate with minimal supervision.

Education Requirements:
