Job summary

Capstone-Logistics,-LL is seeking an energetic warehouse associate in the United States to grow into a management role. You will learn all aspects of receiving/unloading and loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision, and interact with customer staff and delivery personnel.

The role emphasizes high performance, safety, and teamwork, with paid training and opportunities for career advancement as the company promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, physical work environment requiring energy and stamina.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training is available for right candidate.
• Ability to communicate with leadership and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stretching exercises before shifts and safety observations.
• Support management and coaching; facilitate training.
• Communicate with leadership and coordinate with the team.
• Perform yard marshalling duties and general warehouse operations.
• Learn all aspects of receiving, unloading and loading within the facility.
• Work alone or in teams with minimal supervision.
• Move pallets and cases using forklift, pallet jack or by hand.

The Opportunity:

This is the next step in an associate's path to management

You will learn al all aspects of receiving /unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision

Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner

Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations

Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
  
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
