Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC is seeking a motivated warehouse associate as a step toward management. You will learn all receiving, unloading, and loading operations in a busy facility, working solo or in teams with minimal supervision.

You will interact with customer staff and delivery personnel, oversee a defined area to keep workflow steady, and handle pallet and case movement on/off trailers using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand. This role offers travel opportunities and paid training.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced and physically demanding work.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but training is available.

• Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations.
• Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand.

Requirements
