Capstone is seeking a motivated warehouse associate to join our team. This role involves physical work, coordinating receiving and loading operations, and supporting leadership to maintain a smooth workflow.

You will learn all aspects of the warehouse, including forklift operations and yard marshalling, while working either alone or in teams with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and ready to train.

Qualifications

• Must be a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift and carry 25–75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training provided.

Responsabilités

• Perform stretching exercises before shift.
• Conduct safety observations and support management.
• Coaching and training responsibilities.
• Coordinate with leadership and communicate effectively.
• Handle yard marshalling duties and assist with receiving/loading operations.
• Work independently or in teams with minimal supervision.
• Maintain customer-focused approach and upbeat attitude.
• Manage movement of pallets and cases using equipment or by hand.

The Opportunity:

Duties will be:

• Stretching exercises before each shift.
• Safety observations
• Support management
• Coaching
• Training
• Communication with leadership
• Plus all the yard marshalling duties
• This is the next step in an associate's path to management
• You will learn al all aspects of receiving /unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
• Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
