Major Goal

This position leads and manages all warehouse activities during a designated shift or account, covering shipping, receiving, inventory, product repackaging, palletizing, and forklift operation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operate equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to OSHA standards, including daily inspections and maintenance.
2. Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products using forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet riders.
3. Unload inbound shipments safely and store products appropriately.
4. Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and damage-free handling.
5. Move products into rail cars, trailers, or containers efficiently.
6. Maintain accurate records and reports for inventory control and security.
7. Assist with physical inventories and ensure proper stock rotation.
8. Address customer requests and investigate discrepancies.
9. Coordinate with other departments as needed.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise training, development, and work assignments of Material Handlers or temporary staff. Work independently within policy guidelines, using judgment to achieve objectives.
