MAJOR GOAL:

This position leads and manages warehouse activities on a shift or account, including shipping, receiving, inventory, product repackaging, palletizing, and forklift operation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment safely following OSHA standards; perform daily inspections and maintenance
• Load, unload, move, and stage products using forklifts and other equipment
• Ensure accurate inbound and outbound shipments, proper storage, and inventory control
• Perform labeling, sorting, packing, and record keeping
• Assist in physical inventories and ensure stock rotation
• Address customer requests and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D., or equivalent experience
• Experience in warehouse operations and supervision
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical and business documents
• Strong mathematical and reasoning skills
• Proficiency with warehouse software and RF scanners
• Valid license for powered material handling equipment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in various environmental conditions
