White Cap in Jackson, TN is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate to supervise and support warehouse operations. You’ll coach junior staff, safely operate a forklift, and ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping to customers.

The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, familiarity with hand and power tools, and Spanish language proficiency. White Cap offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a stable company.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
