A Warehouse Associate at White Cap…

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work Monday - Friday from 7 AM - 4 PM

• Inventory Management: Knowledge of stock rotation, cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, and shipping/receiving accuracy.

• Ability to stand, walk, or bend for full shifts and safely lift or carry items typically ranging from 40 to 50 pounds.

• Ability to readily identify specialized construction products by material, grade, type, and dimensions.

• Willingness to shifts standing on concrete floors across variable, non-climate-controlled environments, including completely outdoor lumber and structural steel yards through all seasonal weather conditions

• Forklift experience

• Familiarity with hand and power tools

• Attention to detail

• Spanish language proficiency

$21.00-$28.90 Hourly
