The Warehouse Lead plays a key role in assisting the site leadership team by directing the daily operational workflow at the site. This role requires extensive knowledge of all fulfillment environment tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Coach associates on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, glass-handling, and safety protocols.
• Evaluate current processes and procedures and recommend improvements for cost reduction and productivity increases to warehouse management.
• Receive incoming glass and supply items, log items electronically, and assist with stocking and inventory to evaluate quality and verify accuracy of location and quantity.
• Maintain a working knowledge of warehouse data systems and perform various tasks within the system.
• Provide world-class customer service and partner internally to resolve associate and customer complaints ethically and promptly.
• Assist with opening/closing of location(s) as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent people, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including order pickers, forklifts, and reach trucks.
• To safely operate the order picker and comply with safety regulations, you must weigh under 300 pounds if hired for this role.
• Strength to perform physical tasks involving repetitive moving or lifting objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Positive attitude with a focus on exceptional service.
