Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring for a 2nd shift supervisor in Bedford Park, IL. The role requires coordinating warehouse activities, assigning tasks to associates, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20 F to 100 F while wearing PPE and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kgs).
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action.
• Manage warehouse associate tasks including loading/unloading, forklift operation, and product relocation.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.

2nd shiftMonday-Friday 2:30PM-11PMPay $24-$26/hr. depending on experience plus $1.50 shift differentialPartner with Operations Leadership to make sure all functions of the warehouse are completed.
