Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift in our warehouse. This role plans, assigns, and directs work, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

You will manage tasks such as loading, unloading, forklift operations, and product relocations while maintaining compliance with inspections and outbound shipments. The position requires 3 years in a warehouse/logistics setting, ability to lift 40 lbs, and flexibility to work varied shifts and weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends when needed.
• Comfortable with various noise levels in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective actions.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading, unloading, and forklift operation.
• Handle daily inspections and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed.
