Your Role

Warehouse Lead

As a Warehouse Lead with us, you’ll use your knowledge of inventory and quality management to be hands-on as you complete activities related to inventory, fulfillment, and tool management.

Essential Functions

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle all aspects of inventory movement of materials and tools, including stocking, re-stocking, and accounting for every item in the warehouse.
• Compile and maintain records of the quantity, type, and value of the inventory on hand.
• Participate in monthly and year-end inventory cycle counts, and resolve inventory reconciliation issues.
• Coordinate inventory requirements and procurement details with the Division’s General Manager.
• Track the transportation and distribution of tool and material inventory.
• Oversee the records of all stocks and compile evaluation reports. Conduct daily audits of inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding inventory requirements and procurement.
• Replenish stock and fill order forms.
• Maintain and oversee inventory records and compile reports as needed.
• Ensure all employees and visitors wear proper safety equipment and security badges.
• Work in conjunction with staff to ensure readiness for inspections or audits.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, warehousing, or distribution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage, Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Physical ability to push and pull up to 75 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds.

Highly Desired

• Forklift operation experience and certification.
