Job summary

Future Infrastructure, LLC, a Primoris Company, seeks a skilled construction operator in Texas to perform hands-on work under a Foreman. You will hand dig, locate underground cables, operate trucks and equipment, and install underground telecom cabling at diverse sites.

You must be able to travel occasionally, lift 75+ pounds, and work outdoors in varying conditions. The position offers weekly pay, full-time hours, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and ESPP.

Qualifications

• Able to climb into and out of equipment such as cars, trucks, backhoes, trenchers.
• Know and obey FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Willing to travel occasionally and work outdoors in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction work under the direction of Foreman/Supervisor.
• Hand dig holes and trenches with shovel and hand tools.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling and locate underground cables.
• Flag traffic and set up safety perimeter with signage, cones, and barriers.
• Transport equipment and materials to job sites.
• Perform daily walkarounds and report defects to mechanics.
• Communicate effectively with customers and crew members.
