Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in Wilsonville, OR is seeking a Warehouse Kitting Lead to oversee daily kitting operations and maintain inventory accuracy to support production schedules.

The role leads a Kitting team, coordinates labor, and collaborates with Supply Chain, Planning, and Receiving while promoting safety and continuous improvement. Shift 6:00am–2:30pm; $26/hour; eligible for incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or production.
• Minimum 1 year as a senior team member or informal leader.
• Minimum 1 year operating a forklift.
• Experience with Kanban systems and cycle counting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Kitting team to ensure safe and accurate daily operations.
• Coordinate labor, communicate priorities, and resolve interruptions.
• Oversee kitting and inventory activities to support production schedules.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Planning, and Receiving teams.
• Monitor metrics and use ERP systems for decision making.
• Drive Lean, 5S, Kaizen and safety initiatives; provide hands-on support.
• Perform hands-on warehouse tasks and operate certified equipment.
