Job summary

Project Staffing, LLC in Winthrop, ME is seeking an Inventory & Kitting Lead to oversee daily inventory control and kitting operations. This hands-on leadership role requires manufacturing experience and strong organizational skills to drive results.

You will supervise the Inventory Control and Kitting team, perform cycle counts, schedule work, and work with Purchasing and Production teams to support schedules and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years in manufacturing inventory control and kitting.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management.
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills.
• Knowledge of bills of materials, engineering change orders, and material flow processes.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

Inventory & Kitting Lead

Winthrop, ME

$18.00 - $18.70 per hour

Full-Time | Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM-4:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM-11:00 AM

We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Kitting Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Inventory Control and Kitting cell. This leadership role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering results while Exceeding Expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Inventory Control and Kitting team
• Perform and monitor inventory cycle counts
• Schedule work and assign daily tasks
