Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in North Carolina is seeking a Warehouse Kitter to support the 1st shift. The role focuses on kitting assemblies for production lines, coordinating material, verifying part numbers and purchase orders, and ensuring timely material flow.

You will work in a Windows-based environment using AS400 and Vista, perform rack audits, stock-out scans, and maintain organized storage. Candidates should have a high school diploma, forklift certification, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Must have completed high school or equivalent.
• Experience reading Bill of Materials (BOMs) is preferred.
• Ability to work in a Windows-based systems environment (AS400, Vista).

Responsibilities

• Knit assemblies/parts with correct quantity, part number, and purchase order to support main kits.
• Coordinate material flow to production lines and maintain rack organization.
• Collect and return Kanban cards and complete rack audits.
• Scan racks for stockouts and assist in material handling for production.
• Support CI initiatives to improve how we pull, store and catalog warehouse material.
• Maintain warehouse organization and respond to urgent requests from supervisor/production staff.
• Provide coverage for Material Handling Team during vacations or absences.
