Qualifications

• 4+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety guidelines.
• Customer service oriented and able to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a janitorial operation team in a complex setting.
• Support Maintenance Ops Center and Field Ops with timely escalations.
• Clean rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas as needed.
• Coordinate shifts and coverage with shift lead to meet schedules.
