Job summary

ECLARO is seeking an IT Support Specialist (Warehouse Technology) in Harrisburg, PA to provide end-user support across warehouse and office environments. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on IT support in a desktop/ deskside/service desk environment.
• Strong troubleshooting for Windows workstations, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Experience supporting warehouse hardware including RF scanners and wireless devices.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing platforms; basic VMware knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and deskside support for warehouse and office users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and business applications.
• Deploy, image, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Support warehouse technology including RF scanners, print devices, and wireless equipment.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity and warehouse wireless devices.
• Provide first-level network troubleshooting for switches, VPN, and general connectivity.
