TBC Corporation in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our distribution center operations. You will operate material handling equipment, unload and put away inventory, and use RF technology to ensure accurate receipt and order fulfillment.

This full-time role requires a willingness to learn, a safety-conscious mindset, and the ability to maintain organized stock and assist in cycle counts while contributing to DC profitability.

Qualifications

• Operate various MHE safely and efficiently.
• Develop knowledge of products.
• Unload and store inbound product using RF technology.
• Maintain organization of the warehouse.
• Support operations to improve DC profitability.
• Comply with OSHA regulations.
• Adhere to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate various MHE in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
• Unload and put-away product utilizing RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for OSD.
• Pick and stage product.
• Load trucks.
• Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service.
• Participate in cycle count or physical inventory process.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in sanitation.
• Complete MHE reports as required by policy and OSHA.
• Perform other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager.
• Abide by all Federal regulations.
