Job summary

World Market is seeking an onsite Warehouse IT Operations Associate at our Windsor, VA Distribution Center to support daily IT operations, WMS applications, and device management across locations. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of RF scanners, printers, and network connectivity, plus documenting procedures and improving workflows.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years with WMS, experience with device management, SQL, and scripting in PowerShell/Python.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience troubleshooting RF/handheld devices and printers in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related identity/collaboration tasks.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and SOPs.
• Experience using SQL for data queries is preferred.
• Experience administering MDM/RMM on Android, iOS, Windows endpoints a plus.
• Ability to develop scripts (PowerShell, Python, Bash) to automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse IT operations including WMS applications, desktop PCs, RF scanning infrastructure, label printing, and WMS-connected hardware.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to document and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and improve throughput.
• Assist with vendor escalations and manage third-party technology providers; participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Provide Level I/II support for escalated incidents across stores, distribution centers, and corporate; troubleshoot devices and network connectivity.
• Administer device management and enterprise services (AD, Microsoft 365, Azure/Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint).
• Develop training materials and SOPs; document troubleshooting steps with resolution notes.
