Job summary

WestPoint Home is seeking an IT Manager of Warehouse & Production Systems in Chipley, FL. You will lead WMS, production systems, and supply chain IT initiatives, partnering with Operations, Warehouse, Manufacturing and IT to deliver scalable tech solutions.

The role requires hands-on leadership with applications, databases, interfaces and APIs, ensuring system reliability and continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of IT systems configuration or development and support required.
• 3+ years of management or team lead experience required.
• 3+ years of experience with WMS, demand/assortment planning and/or order management.
• Knowledge of logistics processes and 3PL integration.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and .NET/SQL tools.

Responsibilities

• Own WMS, Production Systems, and Supply Chain applications, including configuration, development, integration, and support.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to translate requirements into solutions.
• Directly manage Developers, System Admins, and Analysts supporting Warehouse and Production Systems.
• Maintain understanding of warehouse operations: receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and 3PL processes.
• Troubleshoot, validate functionality, and drive process and system improvements on the floor and in the data layer.
• Lead integrations between WMS, ERP, production, transport, 3PL and other enterprise systems.
• Establish monitoring, logging, alerts, and support to improve reliability and performance.
• Lead technology projects from requirements through production and UAT.
