Commergence in Tennessee is seeking an experienced Warehouse Business Analyst with deep WMS expertise to lead requirements, process optimization, and WMS implementations. You will collaborate with stakeholders across operations, IT, and ERP/OMS/TMS integrations to document BRDs/FRDs and drive data-driven improvements.

Qualifications
- 12+ years BA with WMS experience
- Strong warehouse ops and inventory knowledge
- Experience with WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Körber/HighJump, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS)
- Experience creating BRDs/FRDs and user stories
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Gather, document business and functional requirements for WMS solutions
- Collaborate with warehouse ops, supply chain, and IT to improve processes
- Support WMS implementations, testing, and production support
- Analyze inbound/outbound/inventory/picking/packing/shipping/receiving/replenishment processes
- Create process flows, functional specs, user stories, and documentation
- Coordinate UAT, defect tracking, and end-user training
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate WMS with ERP/OMS/TMS
- Support data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
