Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to manage liners and facility supplies in a warehouse environment. You will coordinate receiving, transfers, and ship-ments, ensuring ERP accuracy and organized storage locations.

You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain labeling and safety practices while following 5S standards and using forklift equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or supply room operations.
• Experience using ERP inventory transactions and related systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Proficiency with handheld barcode scanners, label printers, and basic computer tools (email/spreadsheets).
• Ability to read material identifiers, shipping documents, labels, quantities, and measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate liner receiving, transfers, and shipping; ensure accurate ERP records and bin locations.
• Maintain supply room organization and stock levels; monitor consumption and initiate replenishments.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and monthly inventory counts; investigate discrepancies and document results.
• Maintain clear pallet, shelf, and bin labeling; verify ERP records match physical locations.
