Vortex Industries is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Diego. You will handle receiving, storing, loading/unloading, inventory management, and general shop upkeep to ensure smooth operations and timely customer service.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and attention to detail, with a schedule during standard business hours, potential overtime, and competitive benefits. Prior warehouse experience is valued but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is beneficial.
• Proficiency with warehouse equipment (forklifts) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and check in materials.
• Handle material pickup and drop-offs.
• Organize materials on racks/ bins per standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Process received materials and keep workspace clean and safe.
• Support safety programs and safety training as needed.
• Assist with general shop maintenance and organization.
