  • Unload and inspect incoming liners; verify identification, pallet quantities, and recorded liner lengths; receive material in the ERP system and store it in designated bins.
  • Complete liner bin transfers and maintain alignment between ERP locations and actual physical locations.
  • Investigate failed or incomplete receipts, missing shipment transactions, open transfers, and material shipped but not received; follow issues through resolution.
  • Move and stage liners for production or shipment; prepare and ship liners in accordance with established procedures.
Supply room operations
  • Maintain supply room organization and stock levels; monitor consumption, initiate purchase requests, and recommend changes to minimum inventory levels.
  • Pick up supplies from divisional locations when needed, verify items received, and complete ERP transfer receipts.
  • Escalate recurring shortages, excess stock, and outstanding supply requests.
Inventory accuracy and traceability
  • Perform weekly cycle counts and lead assigned monthly inventory counts; document and resolve discrepancies.
  • Investigate missing liners, incorrect bins, quantity variances, and liner length discrepancies; obtain appropriate management approval before inventory adjustments.
  • Maintain clear, readable pallet, shelf, and bin labels; verify that liner identification, lengths, labels, and physical storage locations agree with ERP records.
Warehouse organization, safety, and coverage
  • Maintain warehouse and supply room 5S standards, clear aisles, designated storage locations, and orderly work areas.
  • Segregate damaged or questionable materials, notify management, and follow through on authorized disposition.
  • Operate material‑handling equipment only after required training and authorization; follow applicable safety procedures.
  • Provide trained backup support for Inventory Controls and divisional Supply Room functions as assigned.
  • Submit a concise weekly supervisor update on unresolved receiving issues, open transfers, count discrepancies, shortages, and pending decisions; keep issues open until corrected or closed.
Qualifications

  • Experience using ERP inventory transactions (preferably NetSuite), handheld scanners, and inventory counting processes preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of relevant experience, training, and demonstrated competency may be considered.
