Job summary

Exol in Kentucky is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to lead the inventory control team and oversee all stock management activities in our automated warehouse.

You will manage a team of inventory associates, ensure cycle counts and reconciliations are accurate, and collaborate with receiving, shipping, IT, and finance to resolve issues.

A strong background in WMS/ERP, barcoding, and Excel, plus a minimum of 3 years in inventory control, is required or preferred. Travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in warehouse inventory control or supervision.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Experience with cycle counts, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to lead a team and coach associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop inventory control associates, assign work and schedules.
• Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP and automated systems.
• Coordinate with receiving, shipping, slotting, IT, automation and finance to resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs like accuracy and shrinkage and drive continuous improvement.
• Audit locations, labels, and system records to ensure alignment.
• Establish and enforce stock control, damage, packaging integrity, safety, and quality procedures.
