Exol is seeking a Warehouse Quality Control & Inventory Manager to lead quality and inventory performance across receiving, storage, fulfillment, packaging, and shipping at the Perris, CA distribution center. You will drive standards, continuous improvement, and inventory accuracy while reporting to the Warehouse Optimization Manager.

• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven experience leading quality programs and managing teams.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse quality and inventory control.
• Experience with FIFO/product rotation and accuracy metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Own and enforce quality standards across receiving, storage, fulfillment, packaging, and shipping operations.
• Develop inspection criteria, sampling plans, and acceptance/rejection standards.
• Monitor supplier quality, track defects, and lead corrective actions with vendors.
• Develop and manage cycle count programs and inventory reconciliation processes.
• Lead CI initiatives using 8D, DMAIC, and kaizen methodologies.
• Maintain HACCP, food safety, and compliance requirements where applicable.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure audit-ready documentation.
