Job summary

Edwards Vacuum LLC in Massachusetts seeks a Warehouse Associate to support daily material flow, including picking, replenishment, receiving, and inventory control. This on-site role reports to the Warehouse Team Leader and runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM in Haverhill.

You will work with SAP and warehouse systems, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold 6S standards while ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. Potential for regular employment based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience using SAP or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to follow safety instructions, work procedures, and collaborate with team members.
• Commitment to Edwards safety, quality and continuous improvement culture.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs if required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working in warehouse and shop floor environment.
• Must occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds; frequent travel <5%.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, stage, and deliver materials for manufacturing production orders and KANBAN replenishment.
• Perform inventory transactions within SAP and other warehouse management systems.
• Support receiving, put-away, stock transfers, and shipping preparation activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, location verification, and proper material handling practices.
• Identify and communicate material shortages, discrepancies, damaged inventory, or BOM-related concerns.
• Ensure materials are stored in proper warehouse locations following FIFO and inventory control standards.
• Support production and logistics teams with urgent material requests and changing operational priorities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to 6S standards.
• Follow all safety procedures related to pedestrian traffic, forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput efficiency, waste reduction, and process optimization.
