Job summary

Edwards Vacuum in Chandler, AZ is seeking a warehouse associate to support material flows for re-manufacturing and distribution. You will work with the warehouse team to maintain inventory control, receive and ship goods, label products, and ensure safe work systems while driving continuous improvement to meet customer satisfaction and efficiency targets.

The role requires 3+ years in a warehouse, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel; experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Excellent English spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Verify the quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Label each product and place them accordingly.
• Identify and locate products during delivery process.
• Receive, ship, unload, pack and handle materials and maintain inventory records.
• Support timely receiving and shipping to maximize customer service and minimize costs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shelf-life adherence in warehouse.
• Distribute spare parts to service repairs/orders as required.
• Assist with warehouse stocking, rotation of inventory, and material movement.
• Support safety, housekeeping, and safe operation of forklifts and equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and KPI goals.
