Job summary

Edwards Vacuum LLC in Saugerties, NY seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure accurate receiving, storage, replenishment and delivery, and maintain safety and compliance. Lead a team, optimize space, and collaborate with production lines to meet schedule and service levels.

Key responsibilities include KPI tracking, inventory integrity, and coordination with buyers and 3PL partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of warehouse and material management experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP & Encompix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, replenishment and delivery.
• Maintain and improve KPI metrics and stock accuracy; ensure inventory integrity.
• Coordinate with buyers, production and 3PL partners to optimize material flow.
