Job summary

Acara Solutions in Haverhill, MA is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Associate to support daily material handling operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves picking, staging, replenishment, receiving, inventory control, and shipping support.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in warehouse or related fields, with familiarity in WMS/SAP, RF scanning, and material handling equipment. This is a temp-to-direct opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or kitting environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks during shift.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, staging, and replenishment of materials to support production and order fulfillment.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against documentation, and route materials accordingly.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, put-away, and stock reconciliation.
• Support shipping operations, including packing, labeling, and staging outbound orders.
• Operate RF scanners and other material handling equipment to track inventory movement.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Identify and report discrepancies in inventory, damaged goods, or process inefficiencies.
