Johnstone Supply in Dayton, OH is seeking a Warehouse Rep I to join our operations team. You will handle receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, using our inventory system and forklifts to move stock safely.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, a valid license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. We value reliability, accuracy, and teamwork, with benefits including PTO, 401(k) matching, and employer-paid coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills to operate inventory system.
• Proficiency in basic math for inventory management.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database.
• Receives and processes incoming product shipments and helps unload delivery truck.
• Ensures shipments are inspected and damages are noted and documented.
• Initiates records as products enter and leave the warehouse through a computerized inventory control system
• Stores products in proper locations.
• Receives, pulls, and properly prepares all customer orders.
• Utilizes forklift, pallet jacks, and other equipment when needed to store or pull inventory.
• Monitors equipment to ensure safety and reports any issues to the supervisor.
• Helps load products on delivery truck or for customer.
• Ensures safety of the warehouse by keeping it clean and free of potential hazards.
• Assists with training of new employees.
