Job summary

Magnolia Plumbing, LLC in the DC metropolitan area is seeking a reliable Warehouse Clerk to manage daily receiving, stocking, pulling, and organization of inventory. You will use ServiceTitan to log receiving and maintain accurate stock records, ensuring materials are available for field teams.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, data-entry accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Background check and drug screening are part of our standard process.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or inventory roles is preferred.
• Ability to learn and use ServiceTitan inventory screens.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable with repetitive tasks and data entry.
• Able to receive, organize, count, pull, and transfer inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify against packing slips and POs.
• Pick and stage materials for jobs and technician trucks.
• Perform routine cycle counts of inventory bins.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly labeled.
• Report damaged, defective, or missing materials to the Warehouse Manager.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and will-call pickups.
