OC Staffing and HR Solutions is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate / Inventory Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced, in-person warehouse environment in Georgia. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, inventory control, and independent work to maintain timely order fulfillment.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to stand and move materials throughout shifts in a non-climate-controlled space.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent warehouse and inventory experience required.
• Experience with inventory control, data entry, and clerical responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials during shift.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Must be available Sunday–Friday and start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control and maintain accurate records.
• Complete data entry and clerical tasks with accuracy.
• Receive, stock, organize, and track inventory.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with audits.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Work independently while meeting daily productivity goals.
