Job summary

IES Residential Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Lithia Springs, GA. The role focuses on inventory control, material coordination, and warehouse support in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of warehouse or related experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with inventory systems and MS Office. On-site work, safety compliance, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or operational experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency with computers, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and operational awareness.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as background and motor vehicle record checks.
• English speaking, reading, and writing preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations, inventory management, and material coordination activities.
• Receive, stock, organize, track, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors, vendors, field personnel, and operational teams regarding warehouse and inventory requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and warehouse documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Assist with training and supporting junior warehouse personnel as needed.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute as a team player in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
