Job summary

Hotwire Communications Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage warehouse and clerical duties, focusing on inventory distribution controls aligned with the company plans.

The role involves maintaining a computerized tracking database and ensuring correct stock levels for prompt dispatch. The candidate will recondition equipment, respond to stock inquiries, and coordinate with internal order-processing staff while maintaining safe operation of material handling tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of two (2) years' warehouse work experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a computerized database tracking inventory status, reconditioning, and disbursement.
• Plan and carry out direct equipment reconditioning to meet product demands.
• Report on equipment and software suitability for customer installations.
• Respond to stock inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers through planned support and liaison with order-processing staff.
• Monitor activities and provide relevant management information.
• Carry out inventory research and replenishment for satellite locations.
• Safely unpack and evaluate incoming products against purchase orders.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, dollies, and cutters safely to unload trucks and stock the warehouse/pharmacy.
• Keep work areas organized and clean.
• Attend training to develop knowledge and skills.

Education
