Job summary

Hotwire Communications, LTD in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle warehouse and clerical duties. You will maintain inventory controls, recondition equipment, and ensure accurate disbursement to meet demand.

The role requires forklift and pallet jack operation, as well as coordinating with order-processing staff to fulfill customer needs. You will respond to stock inquiries by email, phone, and in person, maintain organization, and attend training to develop relevant

Qualifications

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
Minimum two years of warehouse work experience.
Must be able to work a 24/7/365 schedule including nights and weekends.
Valid state driver's license if driving to remote warehouses.

Responsibilities

Maintain a computerized database tracking equipment status and disbursement.
Plan and execute equipment reconditioning to meet demand.
Report on equipment and software suitability for customer installs.
Respond to stock inquiries by email, phone, and in person.
Support existing and new customers through coordination with order-processing staff.
Monitor activities and provide management information.
Inventory research and replenishment for satellite locations.
Safely unload and stock warehouse using forklifts and pallet jacks.
Keep work areas clean and organized; attend training to develop skills.
