Job summary

Hotwire Communications, LTD seeks a Warehouse Associate to manage warehouse and clerical duties and develop inventory controls aligned with business plans. You will maintain a computerized database for tracking status, reconditioning, and disbursement of equipment across locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires attention to detail, flexibility for 24/7/365 shifts, and safe operation of forklifts and other handling tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of two (2) years' warehouse work experience.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active, clean state driver’s license if required for remote warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a computerized database tracking equipment status, reconditioning, and disbursement.
• Plan and carry out direct equipment reconditioning to meet product demands.
• Maintain and report on equipment/software suitability for customer installations.
• Respond to stock inquiries by email, phone, and in-person visits.
• Support existing and new customers through liaison with order-processing staff.
• Monitor operations and provide management information.
• Conduct inventory research and replenishment for satellite locations.
• Safely unpack and evaluate incoming products against purchase orders.
• Operate forklifts and other handling tools safely for unloading and stocking.
• Keep work areas organized and clean; participate in ongoing training.
