Responsibilities include coordinating orders, tracking stock, dispatching to the field, maintaining equipment, and performing routine inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or warehouse.
• Minimum 2 years inventory management experience.
• Basic math skills (rate, ratio, percent).
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee orders, inventory, and shipment of materials.
• Track inventory history and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Dispatch to the field and support field operations.
• Deliver and pick up supplies and equipment from job sites.
• Coordinate will-call supplies and equipment from vendors.
• Stage and prepare materials and equipment for projects.
• Inspect and test equipment before and after use.
• Perform minor equipment repairs as needed.
• Restock supplies and maintain organized inventory.
• Wash and conduct weekly inspections of company fleet vehicles.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Weekly landscaping and facility upkeep.
• Operate a forklift (certification preferred).
